Terms
TERMS
Payment terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice once credit has been established
unless otherwise arranged.
SHIPPING
When specific instructions are not set forth with the order, we will use
our discretion to select the best routing possible to expedite your delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, frieght is FOB Dublin, Maryland.
SHIPPING CLAIM
United Parcel Service Claims: Claims for loss or damage for shipments
made via Unitec Parcel will be our responsibility provided we are notified
of same within five days from receipt.
Motor Freight (Common Carrier): Loss or damage claims should be made
by you, the customer, directly to the carrier. In the use of common
carriers, all merchandise becomes property of the purchaser upon conveyance
of the material to the carrier.
RETURNED GOODS & CANCELLATIONS
A return authorization from your sales department must be obtained before
any merchandise can be returned for credit or replacemnet. Many electrical
and electronic parts are non-returnable.
SALES TAX POLICY
We will apply Maryland State Sales Tax on all orders except on those items
for which an exemption certificate is on file with us. Any tax now
in effect or hereafter imposed on any article will be added to the existing
price. Items shipped from Maryland to other states will not be taxed.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay any other state sales tax.
STATEMENT ON WARRANTIES
Clark Sales & Service, Inc. will make every effort to please you, the
customer, and serve as an effective liason with the manufacturers. The
limitiation of each manufacturer will apply.
